STUDY
During the study process, we assess and analyse and requirements of the building.
DESIGN
During the design process, we plan every detail of the project and create a list with all the machinery required to carry out the work for each building.
TENDERING
Once the specification and tender documents are created, they are being sent to the various electromechanical contractors.
EVALUATION
Once we evaluate the bids, we will select the contractor on the basis of their capabilities to meet project objectives (delivery time and budget), whilst ensuring that quality standards and processes are adhered to.
SUPERVISION
During the inspection, the supervising engineer ensures that plans are strictly followed and the quality of materials and their specifications meet those given in the specification sheets.
